Show us a time when you broke something really important.

If you prefer, you may choose to write about a character who broke something really important.

Critiquers, as always be careful critiquing these self-knowledge exercises. Some tips: see if you can relate to the tale. Pick out the importance of the item broken. Do you feel that importance? Can you tell if the POV is happy about this incident or regrets it?
