Exercise #697: Craft
Posted  2/3/17

As writers, we get ideas for stories all the time from everywhere.

How do you decide which ones to use? For today’s exercise, give us an essay on what drives the decisions for which ideas in your head make it all the way to paper.

You may, if you’d rather, show us a character tackling this exercise.

Critiquers, along with a technical review, you might try answering these questions:
     * Was this piece helpful to you as an author?
    * Why or why not?

Word limit: 1200
