Pamper yourself.
Today, dress up and go out. Relax and enjoy a hot bubble bath. Take a casual stroll in the countryside. Do whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed, content, or special. Then come back and give us a brief description of what doing it feels like. Make us feel relaxed, content, or special with you. Or just make us hunger for whatever it was you did!
How we recharge, whether it's a walk on the beach, curling up with a good book, or having a night on the town, tells something about who we are.
You may, if you prefer, give us a tale of a character doing this exercise.
