Exercise #290: Pick Six

Roll a die* three times, to give yourself three random numbers. Got ‘em? Each number will correspond to a section below. The first number will be your choice from the first set of six, the second result will be your choice for the second set, etc. Got it? Okay, here we go.

Your character is:

1. a magician
2. a doctor
3. an accountant
4. a firefighter
5. a criminal
6. a professional student

A perplexing problem is plaguing your character. He/she is:

1. trying to find the right time to propose marriage
2. fighting an insidious disease
3. bucking for a promotion
4. overrun by growing plants
5. planning a big party
6. being forced to move

In agony over this problem, your character resorts to odd ways of getting answers. He/she:

1. opens a dozen fortune cookies
2. buys a desktop Eight Ball
3. attends a palm reading
4. takes up tarot
5. learns to read tea leaves
6. visits group therapy
