Exercise #412: Self Knowledge
Posted 3/18/11

Today's exercise comes from Sue Levy (again).

Create a knock-knock joke, then show us the process you went through to come up with it.

You may, if you wish, find a knock-knock joke and show a character creating it and tackling this exercise instead.

Critiquers, you might choose to answer these questions for critiquing the piece:
     * Did you catch any spelling errors or other standard proofreading items? If so, note them for the author.
     * Did you think the joke was successful? Why or why not?

Word limit: 50 words for the joke, 500 words for the creation process
Please use the subject line:
             SUB: Exercise #412/yourname

Why this is a self-knowledge exercise: It may tell you something about yourself when you see what type of joke you create, or realize what subject matter popped into your mind first. See if you can figure out why that one showed up!
