Exercise #462: Craft

I’m going to jump into the poetry spirit this month and say today’s Craft exercise is to explore the Poetry genre. Post a poem!
You may not use the poem you posted for Richard’s Poetry Writing class homework, unless it is a revision based on his - or another - critique. If you’re doing this, add REWRITE behind your name in the subject line. Posts with incorrect subject lines or using the original HOMEWORK poem will not be counted in the stats.
Critiquers, along with the usual grammar, spelling, etc, review, consider these questions:
* Was this poetry or was it more like prose?
* Why or why not?
