Exercise #936: Self Knowledge
Posted 3/18/22

No matter how much we try not to, we all make assumptions about things every day.

What do you make assumptions about? Do you try not to? How well does that work for you? What assumptions do folks make about you?

Why this is a self-knowledge exercise: Our assumptions can get us into serious trouble but we consistently make them anyway. Being aware of it may help.
